About dgf Properties

DGF Properties, Inc. was established in 1993.  Its company headquarters is located in the heart of Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia.  The company strives to work with clients in a way that maximizes the options and possibilities available within their real estate assets. In addition to maximizing real estate investments for its clients, DGF Properties, Inc. works to integrate the properties into the communities in which they exist and contribute to the overall economic development of that community.

Our clients come to us primarily through word of mouth referrals.  Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning.  When it comes to real estate tax appeals, our staff is dedicated to uncovering the information needed to ensure our clients pay the minimum taxes the law allows.

DGF has a team of creative, skilled real estate professionals who specialize in maximizing your property’s potential. DGF has worked with a diverse group of clients, including international companies like Aeroswed International Investors and HCM Holdings, LLC.

The founder and principal of DGF properties is Donna G. Foland.
